Man, that’s jive

You know that thing some guys grow just under their bottom lip?  Yeah, if you can’t come up with a better name for it than ’soul patch’, I don’t want any part of it.  It would’ve been slightly less odd in 1975, back when ’soul’ was an important part of people’s lives—-especially if you were black—-but it’d still be stupid.

Besides, you look like Hitler, only you sneezed and your face got rearranged a bit.

And while we’re on the subject of turkey…

I hate when you get deli turkey, and then there’s like a dark spot on some of it, and then you peel back more slices and the spot’s still there.  The spot goes all the way through each cross-section of turkey.

“Oh dear,” I think.  “This turkey had cancer.”

It’s unsettling.
